I’m in the build phase. The suggested workouts are type ‘endurance’. How can you realize a breakthrough when you follow the sugested workouts?

You probably won’t - you do not need a BT every ride, or even every week. Hell, even if a month goes by and you didn’t get one, the world will not end and you still have improved your overall fitness :sunglasses:

XATA will never recommend a BT workout, since bringing yourself to failure typically isn’t always conducive to a training program. We do, however, give a notification when your signature is stale, which is when it may be a good time to push for a BT and update your fitness signature.
