During intervals (in non-ERG mode) it would be really helpful if the average interval power could be displayable somewhere. Would be really helpful in ensuring I’m working at the right level, rather than doing maths in my head during an interval
On EBC Android you can define a data field as Avg Power and swipe to that page entry during a workout (lower portion of workout screen).
On EBC iOS Avg Power is shown one swipe left of the power chart.
I’m not sure what the sampling rate is.
OTOH when you’re in Slope mode the easiest way to stay on target is to watch the rainbow gauge. On iOS you want to align the arrows. On Android you want to maintain the arrow in the circle. It’s obvious if you’re not staying on target.
If you mean average power of the entire interval, how would you use that during a workout?
Thanks for your reply. The issue I have with the arrow in the circle, for EBC, it is an instantaneous value (AFAIK) and does not provide a value across the entire interval. The good thing about having access to an av interval power is I can glance at it and manage my effort accordingly.
