I am sure the guidance is to just ignore it or rerun Forecast AI after I pin scheduled workouts, but, can anyone explain why I would get a red dot notification on the Adapt Forecast button telling me my availabilities have changed literally immediately after I saved a newly run Forecast?
When you hover over any magenta matchstick(s) on the forecast chart, what does the warning text indicate?
I’ll have to take a screenshot next time it happens. Though to be clear, any magenta that appears (I’m not sure I saw any), would be an artifact of the Forecast AI process since I don’t have any currently. I’d assume Forecast AI wouldn’t intentionally create a plan forcing me to Very Tired.
