Hey everyone,
I did a Zwift race today and wanted to fill the remaining XSS after the race using an auto generated workout so I can just do it in ERG mode right after the race. This did not work properly and I’d appreciate your help how to make it work or learn whether it’s a genuine bug.
My goal for today was around 150 XSS, with around 9 in the high/peak bucket. After the warm-up and race, I had completed the high/peak targets and had only 20-ish low XSS remaining. I went to the Today page, clicked on today’s goals and navigated to the ‘Generate Workout’ tab, for which I chose Autogen. It correctly identified ~20 low XSS remaining in the UI as ‘target XSS’. However, when the workout got generated, it did not create a 20 XSS workout, it created the full 150 XSS workout instead, which was of course useless after the race. Is this a known issue? If so, how could I circumvent this?
The alternative would have been to start my Garmin Edge, sync my progress and complete the remaining targets by free riding. However, I’d very much prefer to be able to auto generate a workout for the remaining XSS, not the full day’s XSS (especially on another day where I still have to fill, say, half of my high/peak buckets as well). This would allow me to stay within Zwift and just start the new workout to wrap up my targets using ERG mode, which I generally prefer.
Thanks for the help!
