I am following a plan with Forecast AI plan and on days without scheduled workouts I still get a WOTD. Under the training tab I have a Training Advice section, but I miss having the autogen workout feature that existed above Adittional Training from when I was following a plan using Adaptive Training Advisor.
I primarily ride indoors and enjoy just have Xert tell me what to do while I go in ERG mode to knock out a few km’s. Furthermore, if I dont like the look of WOTD and delete it to look for different training, 1, I don’t know how to get it back after deleting it off my Planner page and 2, under the Training page, in Additional Training, its primarily just previous activities. So trying to go through past activities to find something that fits the Training Advice’s prescription is tedious. I know I just need extra endurance, but the autogen workout feature has always given me varying power targets rather than a straight power.
Is there a setting to add the autogen workout feature for these days in between training with Forecast AI? My training advice is telling me my focus and gives me a Target Interval Power. It would be nice to just let Xert do its thing when getting in some extra km’s. I might just be too picky, but using ERG mode and having varying power targets feels good and keeps things a little bit more interesting.
