I really like seeing the forecasted workouts in the calendar when using XFAI. It gives me a better idea of what to expect over the next few weeks, and the color (green, red, or amber) is a nice visual of whether I completed the forecasted training or not. That being said, I still like to use XATA often so that I can define my ramp rate, scale it up or down at will, change my focus whenever I want, etc. It would be awesome if when using XATA I could still see the forecasted workouts in the calendar (maybe just over the next 2 months, or maybe the user could define this time period). If my understanding is correct, with XFAI I am defining the end point and the ramp rate is calculated from it, whereas with XATA, I am defining the ramp rate, and the end point is simply an extrapolation into the future. If true, I would think it’d be possible to add the forecasted workouts in XATA mode.
