App shows it’s offline

Getting this message when starting the app.

Completed training does not show up in the app and also not on the web page :frowning:

Normally that means the app is unable to connect to Internet and sync with XO.
That would also explain why the saved workout failed to upload.
If that is the case, the workout should upload to XO when a data connection is restored.
Do other apps connect to Internet without error?
Have you tried restarting the phone?

Restart the phone was the first step but did not help.

All other apps connect without any problems

You can file a support request with support@xertonline.com.
They’ll confirm if the workout made it to the server but didn’t get analyzed plus best advise you on the connection issue.
