A list of compatible devices is shown under each Connect IQ app/data field entry. It is primarily Edge series head units plus Forerunner and Fenix watches.
Venue is not listed.
Which app are you referring to? As @ridgerider2 mentioned, there are multiple apps and data fields. You might also want to provide a screenshot with the error message.
