I was looking to try Xert, but on the verge of giving up. The App continually shows Offline, please check your data connection. Features will be limited. I’ve uninstalled, re-installed, restarted the phone. None of my other apps/phone/internet has any issues. Could it be my level is so low I am not worthy of the trying to get better 
I have resolved this. The problem was that there was zero activities synced from Strava. Once I did that the apps pulls them in and connects, now we are all good.
