Hey guys, trying to help someone with setting up Xert. He is using the Xert-Android-App and wants to do a workout. How has ERG mode to be activated? His current setting is “Auto”. He selected his Neo as “Controllable Trainer”. Is there a box somewhere that is possibly unchecked or sth like that?
AUTO is ERG mode in Xert as it either controls the power (ERG) or changes to slope % (gears/cadence control) depending on workout interval definitions.
If trainer control isn’t working, make sure no other apps are running that grab trainer control. (ex. Zwift, etc.).
