When viewing an activity there is an option between viewing the “Basic MPA” and “Advanced MPA” but I cannot see a difference on the graphs and data displayed. What is the difference between these two options?
Advanced MPA has tools on the bottom to experiment and change the fitness signature for the activity.
Yes! In fact, if you have a riding partner that is roughly the same size as you are and you’re part of the same squad, you can open his/her activity and key in your signature and use Refresh Analytics to see how you would be able to handle their power. For stronger riders, you’ll see exactly when you’d get dropped.
