Quick question hopefully. I set up a Forecast AI training program when I started the trial. I’m 8 days into the program.
When I look at the Training Loads section on the Program page it shows my starting Low bucket at 30, forecasted at 31, and actual at 41. So it always shows I’m ahead of where I should be. How do I reset the starting numbers so that they align to what I’m actually doing and don’t show such a large variance?
As a new user, I think this used to align but I messed around with importing a bunch or running activities and then deleted them after those activities changed my fitness signature. I assume they may have also changed some of these starting values but that is just a guess.
Do you have a Training Load anchor activity, i.e. did you create an account, upload no data and answered some questions to get a starting fitness signature and training load?
If you did and then uploaded rides form the past, you may want to delete this anchor activity (would have been created on the day you set up your account).
If you’ve made a lot of changes and deletions, it might be good to do a full Progression Recalculation using the Profile Settings page. This will recalculate your entire profile history (may take time depending upon how many activities you have).
