How long after a ride does the Xert Adaptive Training Advisor recalculate your next ride’s Workout Goal?
Did a ride Saturday afternoon, and the Sunday morning (16 hrs later) my ride recommendation was 27 XSS for yesterday. So I took the day off.
Checked the app late afternoon (24+ hr later from ride) for today and it recommended a 140 XSS ride for the day. So I missed it.
