I had not realised that adapt forecast not only changes future training activities but also the plan target. Have looked at the documentation about AF and I cannot see any mention of that.
My target was to increase 8 minute power to 242. I had to the end of June to do it. I have achieved all the improves in numbers bar training load and I was going to change my target and create a new plan.
Note that the start and finish target is swapped as I hit the target.
I then did an AF and happened to look at the program and realised the target power had now increased to 247. This is not a bad thing but the documentation does not seem to mention this to be possible.
PS Can two workouts be swapped in the planner on an IPad. Don’t seem to be able to do it. I can on the PC
