Why is my actual activity focus shown in the analytics and table different from that shown by the focus curve under the strain progression graph. eg todays workout focus was GC 8mins but the progression curve says Breakaway Specialist? 5.5mins?
Progression graphs use an exponential rolling average.
It’s confusing. We’ve had this conversation before Armando you agreed the the stress graph is weighted average but the strain graph shows a daily XSS total which you agreed was wrongly labelled in the graph.
… sorry I mean daily strain total in kJ not XSS. So the focus curve is an EMA but the strain is daily. I can see that explains my question but it’s not clear from the axis labels. It looks like the stress chart label has also been applied to the strain chart?
