Hey all,
I tried to reset my Xert account to rebuild my history using only cycling data. The reset mostly worked, but my account seems stuck in an odd state.
Here’s what I’m seeing:

The sync progress bar showed Strava/Garmin pulling data back to 2023

But the activity list only shows activities from Jan 2, 2025 onward

Anything before that date is completely invisible in the interface

Clicking older notifications either downloads a FIT file or shows raw XML

Strava says “already synchronized”

Garmin Connect says “duplicate”
It looks like the import ledger thinks everything is already there, but the activity index never rebuilt after the reset.
I already contacted support about the sync issues. They replied that the issue was resolved, but the missing years are still not visible and nothing before Jan 2, 2025 shows up anywhere in the UI.
Has anyone run into this before?
Did support need to clear the ledger or rebuild the activity index on their end?
