I payed via paypal about 13 hours ago for 1year membership, and no problem with transaction

I think I saw a similar post about a week ago, but yes, you should have filed a ticket with support. On this forum, we can’t really help you with that and the Xert guys are doing what they can, but an email is easier to catch…
