Today XATA told me I had a training deficit of about 20 XSS points. I than did a train with an XSS of about 50. Now XATA says I have a training deficit of 1XSS point. How do I have to understand these values?

Hi Ludwig. Do read our blog and FAQ on how XATA works. How deficits are determined depend on previous activities which isn’t a continuous calculation.
