Xert Workoutplayer Garmin 1050: Wahoo Kickr Bike is not found

Hi,

I have a Wahoo Kickr Bike and use the Garmin Edge 1050. Unfortunately, the Xert Workout Player cannot find my smart bike when I click on “Select” in the Workout Player.

According to What’s New in the Xert Workout Player for Garmin Version 2.0 – Xert , it should be sufficient to assign my smart trainer under Training / Indoor Trainer…
The only thing I can find in the Xert Workout Player (when I have my smart bike sensor deactivated) is the smart bike’s power meter…but even when Powermatch is activated, the Workout Player always displays “Ramp”…Any tips/advice?

Hi…Xert EBC on my i-phone works fine..the Xert workoutplayer never worked whereas the Xert-Dashboard and Magic Buckets work fine..

I don’t have a KICKR but I understand the Bike model offers three BLE channels to support multiple connections simultaneously.
What happens if you disable all other BLE connections (ex. Zwift, phone app) and the only connection is trainer control under Garmin 1050 sensor settings?
