You will always likely be in a deficit since you need to train to maintain your improvement rate. You’ll see a surplus if you happen to do more than needed. However, that will normally go way by the next day or two. It’s a rolling week not a Sunday-to-Sunday like other approaches so may have completed your 7.2 for the week but still need to continue to train for the rolling week. HTH.
