Time in W/HR zones? Can Table content be modified?

Is it possible to see time spent in Power & Heart Rate zones over selected periods of time? Is it possible to see e.g. max/average HR & average Power for workouts in table format?

Xert isn’t designed really to track zones. Besides, zones may become a thing of the past. ( :wink: See our blog on Paradigm Shift). We can consider adding more columns to the table but will probably opt to enable third party integration with Xert’s metrics. There would be too many other values to add to the table otherwise. :frowning:
