Progression Chart

On the progression chart what are the definitions for Training Load, Recovery Load, and Form? When form is in the negative does that mean that my training is being degraded and I should pull back on training?

Hi Matthew,

Please see our glossary on Training Status and Form ( ). In short, form is the difference between training load and recovery load. A high form means you should be well rested and ready for difficult workouts, while a low or negative form means you are tired and may require some recovery.
