On the progression chart what are the definitions for Training Load, Recovery Load, and Form? When form is in the negative does that mean that my training is being degraded and I should pull back on training?

A high form means you should be well rested and ready for difficult workouts, while a low or negative form means you are tired and may require some recovery.
