On the progression chart what are the definitions for Training Load, Recovery Load, and Form? When form is in the negative does that mean that my training is being degraded and I should pull back on training?
Hi Matthew,
Please see our glossary on Training Status and Form (http://baronbiosys.com/glossary/training-status-and-form/ ). In short, form is the difference between training load and recovery load. A high form means you should be well rested and ready for difficult workouts, while a low or negative form means you are tired and may require some recovery.
