I’ve tried configuring Tacx Neo with both Android & iOS mobile apps. When configuring the bluetooth connection there is no “trainer control” option. All the other options such as power, cadence, etc. are present. Any idea why I’m having this issue? Thanks!
The Tacx Neo isn’t supported under iOS. (See app description for supported trainers). Xert Mobile for Android offers best support for ANT+ devices. If you can use an ANT+ stick with a USB OTG adapter, together with the ANT+ plugins and service, you’ll have much greater success with all sensors with the software.
