Hi Fellow Xert’s I’m new to the program and reason i decided to sign up was that i liked that workouts automatically push to Zwift, the adaptive training function at face value is quite enticing and at worst case it’s cheaper than TP where if the adaptive training isn’t for me then i can program my own intervals and then plan them into the calendar and train like i normally do. I feel like i’ve hit a bit of a plateau in terms of training and the adaptive function that looks at my past workout…
