Got questions or feedback?
Try it out and let us know what you think!
Weâd love to hear your first impressions and see how youâre using Magic Buckets on the Karoo.
Love this! Now that I understand I can access the app features just by tapping an MPA/XSS field and donât have to start two recordings, this is an awesome implementation.
Now I just need to remember to uninstall the beta and reinstall from the extension libraryâŚ
I canât seem to find the intervals remaining field anywhere on the Android EBC app⌠Just did a Magic Buckets interval high intensity ride and it showed the live intervals and recovery but couldnât find the remaining intervals. I couldnât find it in the recording screen customization field options eitherâŚ
All of the data fields are layered; some more than one level deep with options.
Itâs worth playing around with EBC Android by running the app on your phone (or Karoo) when youâre not riding, start a pretend activity, swipe to change page views, then tap various cells to discover all you can do.
I never thought to tap on that section, unlike the other fields. They should add that to the documentation of the app so that people know they can tap everything.
Still think it would be more useful to allow us to put these fields in the other fields if we want when customizing the recording screensâŚ
Everything works fine.
It would be great if scrolling the sides would not stop at the start and end.
Please make it that way, if you reach the last side (top or buttom fields) that sliding to the left reach the first field, if you are on the first side, sliding to the right, brings the last side. Carousel modeâŚ
Hi Scott!
Great work on the integration on the Hammerhead. So I went out on my roadbike today to check it out.
But when go to the EBC app, tapping the MPA of XSS datafield, I can swipe to the right to see the Magic Buckets. But I donât see the âReadyâ and âintervalsâ numbers on the screen. Like it is on the photo at the top of your post. I only see the buckets themselves and how much they got filled.
So I just did some random intervals which suit my Fitness Signature / training goal. Can you explain me how to set this up correctly?
Are you swiping on the upper and lower pages to reach the XMB rainbow gauge on top and the buckets on the lower page? Ready and Intervals will only display below the XMB gauge on HIT days.
On LIT days it will say Endurance.
oeh, iâm not sure i also swiped the upper page aswell. but one datafield only said endurance, so it might be low intensity day for me⌠Iâll check that one next time. thnx for the response ridgerider
Is there any way to get audible alerts when using the Xert app on the Karoo? When following workouts, itâs really hard to keep glancing down during an interval to see if itâs over.
