New to power based training

For those of us new to power based training - <3 weeks, but with plenty of training prior to purchasing a power meter - the overall load calculations are skewed. Is there a way to seed the calculation with a 42 day moving average of strain estimated based on strava suffer score? Otherwise my recommended workout will just be rest for a while.
