Need to reinstate Xert monthly

You should be able to click on the link in the top bar, and on the bottom of the page, click “Restart my subscription”.

hmmm that takes me to billing information page but I can not see ‘restart my subscription’ at the bottom of the page :frowning:

Can you please provide me some screenshots of your nav bar on top and that page? Sorry bout that. We’ll get you setup once we figure out why this isn’t showing for you.
