They are unitless. The higher the value, the more recovery needed. Recovery load is similar to Acute Training Load (ATL) only is based on XSS. Since Form = Training Load - Recovery Load, a value of 50 when TL is below 50 will mean *Tired* whereas if your TL is above 50, it means *Fresh*. These terms are somewhat arbitrary since the scales and values are very generic and each individual is different, hence the information is to be used as a guideline only. This is the general recommendation when using the standard formulas. In Phase II, this will look quite a bit different.
