This morning i did a mainsession off 4 x 20 min with 330 watt, what i dont understand is my xertFTP is 305 watt? Maybe i dont read it correct it should be higher, earlier this year i did a 20 min FTPtest and did 369 watt?
You had some really bad data in one of your rides (june 6). I manually set the signature to a basic 1000, 20, 250 for the activity. You want to remove it and do a progression recalculation (see FAQs) or if you are happy with things, you can just leave them.
