Buenas Armando, el sabado en mi firma xert me aparecia que tenia una punta de poder de 900w, hie 13 y ftp 231 hasta ahi todo correcto, ayer hice un entrenamiento duro y la firma me cambio ,al principio me aparecio 900,hie 18, ftp253 ,todo correcto, pero ahora todo me ha cambiado 901,hie13,ftp211, que puede ser y que devo hacer? gracias

ya lo he intentado y nada, es por este ejercicio que me da los problemas, el domingo estaba bien :me dio 900w, 253 ftp y 18 hie pero ayer se bloqueo sistema y se desconfiguro, el ejercicio tiene alguna cosa mal como los xxs que pone 832 y el domingo tenia 358xxs , Sin título
If you see many yellow dots on your activity, you may need to manually extract a new signature for the activity. This can happen if the signature numbers are too low for the system to understand what happened during the activity. Use the Extract feature. Input 900, 18, 253 into the signature parameters at the bottom of the Activity Details/Advanced tab, then click “Extract” button. You can then click “Save/Lock” to save the new signature and things should be better from here.
