Starting to lose it , in black and white someone please tell me how to turn on ERG mode, I can select it and change the value but nothing happens Thanks
Will need a bit more detail. Which app? What settings? Which workout? Screenshots please too if possible.
I am using Xert Moblie plus remote player, Any workout I just need to turn on ERG mode. I can change the resistance in the setting of erg but nothing happens.Not sure what you mean by settings plus which screenshot would you like to see.
If you’re in the middle of a workout in erg mode, this will override any settings. Use the Setting/Option to use Resistance Mode.
