Elevation not being picked up?

Elevation is included the fit files from my garmin fenix 3 watch, but doesn’t seem to get uploaded to xert. Any advice? Thanks.

That’s strange. Do you have a FIT file you can share?

Can you try and resync/re-upload your activities and let us know if the problem has been resolved?
