Deleted Planned Session Still Effecting Tiredness

I was messing around with the planner and planned sessions but deleted them all but is still seems to be effecting my tiredness and suggested sessions, how do I fix this? Any ideas?

not sure if it was the correct thing to do but recalculated my progression under my profile page.

After deleting real activities, the system will need to recalculate (it does this automatically but may take some time). You shouldn’t need to do a progression recalculation. Let us know if this happens to you again. We’d lke to see why and address it. Thanks.
