6 Week Projection

How accurate is this prediction? Currently sitting at 317TP with a 330TP 6 week prediction. Hope that’s accurate because I’d be flying!

It’s based on the premise that if you did the same workouts you did in the past week for 6 weeks in a row (roughly), the projected values are what you could expect. If you’re seeing a big increase in TP like that, it probably means you had a big jump in Training Load this past week. In all likelihood, those gains would be difficult to sustain for 6 weeks non-stop. A better approach is to use planned training for projections. That feature is being worked on.
